Breath work with Paul James.
We had a fantastic time with Paul James sharing about "Soma Breath Work."
You'll hear about about how intentional breath work is foundational to support the nervous system, the body, and our emotional/spiritual connection.
About 40 minutes in, we do an experiential breath work session for about 10 minutes so you can get a feel for this modality prior to the retreat.
EFT Tapping with Anna King
Discover a simple, yet powerful tool to help you unlock your best health. EFT Tapping stands for Emotional Freedom Technique and it's a wonderful modality to dial down the stress-response, working through triggers and communicating peace to the nervous system.
How does it work? EFT Tapping utilizes the body's meridian and energy system via "tapping points" on the face and neck area. By simply tapping on these meridian points, it sends a calming signal to the Limbic system, the emotional center of the brain.

Meditation means “to become familiar with”
When you are tuned into your heart (putting your attention on it), you’re giving it life, giving it power. When the heart is hurting, it can enter a state of incoherence.
GOOD NEWS: The brain + body can be rewired!⚡️
Peace mode is the path to healing. When we get the heart into coherence by tuning into love, joy, peace, and gratitude and we disinvest from the past, pain, and programming and allow ourselves to actually feel all of these beautiful emotions, we’re sending a signal from the heart to the brain. Healing chemicals are then released and informing the body that all is well.
You don’t have to wait for something outside of yourself. You have the capacity to live according to the truth of who you are✨
